Debbie Anne Moeller, CPNP-PC

Debbie Anne is a Colorado native, born in Glenwood Springs, graduating from Rifle High School in 1982. Debbie Anne attended the University of Colorado receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 1986. She returned to the University of Colorado and received her Master’s Degree of Science in 1998 after working for 12 years at the Children’s Hospital and Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Hospital in the neonatal intensive care units. She received specialty certification in caring for children with special health care needs. This continues to be her passion. She has been a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 1998.

Joan Neff, CPNP-PC

Joan is a Colorado native, born and raised in Denver. She began her health career as a registered nurse after graduating from the University of Colorado in 1985. Joan worked as a nurse in the pediatric unit and pediatric ICU at Denver Health and Hospital for many years. After completing the master’s program at CU as a PNP in 1999 and being certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, she has worked primarily in pediatric clinics. In addition, she has worked in a newborn nursery, a mobile health clinic, and an adolescent correctional facility.

Zach Castle Valley Children's Clinic

Zach Miller, FNP-C

Zach is an international man. Growing up in a missionary family he was subject to moving frequently as a kid. He was born in Tunis, Tunisia and spent the first 12 years of his life mostly in North Africa. His mother is Swedish, and therefore also spent a fair amount of his childhood in Sweden. Due to all the moving he grew up with 4 different languages and has maintained fluency in 3 of them (English, Swedish, and French). His first word was, in fact, in Swedish. His family moved to the US when he was about 12 years old and has mostly lived in California since then. He moved to New Castle, CO in 2021.
