No Insurance Pediatricians

Castle Valley Children’s Clinic in New Castle and Carbondale, Colorado is a family centered children’s medical clinic that offers healthcare services and vaccinations for the children of our community ages 0 – 18 years of age, with or without insurance. If you need a pediatrician for your child and do not have insurance, child care visits can be paid in the following ways.

No Insurance Pediatrician Payment Options.

1. Sliding Scale Payments.
2. Payment in full with 15% discount at time of service. Immunizations are discounted at $15 per vaccine.
3. Payment arrangements. No previous balance and no discount. Split payment in two payments. Half at time of service and half in two weeks.

Sliding Scale Payment For No Insurance Pediatrician Visits.

Castle Valley Children’s Clinic may provide financial assistance to those patients whose income and family size together fall within our program guidelines. The following guidelines must be met to qualify for financial assistance:

• Proof of income for each person in the household over 18 years of age
• Provide information on additional income, (alimony, child support, etc.)
• Current account must have a zero balance and be in good standing

It is our policy to provide essential services regardless of the client’s ability to pay. A sliding scale fee is used to calculate what pay scale or if a patient qualifies. We use information from federal poverty guidelines and state programs. Should you qualify, we will approve you from 30 days to 3 months. Should your income show that you should qualify for Medicaid a denial letter or other explanation may be required.

Not everyone qualifies for financial assistance.

• Lab send outs are not covered, however they are charged at a reduced rate if paid for at time of service.
• Fee is required at time of service or you are responsible for the entire bill, and sliding scale will not be applied.
• Vaccines are an additional $15.00 each

In office services are the only services covered, COSMETIC SERVICES ARE NOT A COVERED SERVICE. (wart removal etc.)
